Pricing, MOQ, Incoterms, and Dispatch Disclaimer

All prices quoted for products from Omnia Technologies Limited are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, supplier pricing, or market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements are strictly non-negotiable to ensure production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Any orders below the specified MOQ will not be accepted.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation or contract, all sales are governed by the Incoterm Ex Works (EXW) from Omnia Technologies' offices/warehouse in Mainland China. Buyers are responsible for all export customs clearance, transportation, insurance, import duties, and associated risks/costs from the point of collection.

Dispatch/shipment of goods will occur 10 working days after receipt and clearance of full payment via wire transfer or confirmed method, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed in writing. Delays due to payment processing, customs, or force majeure events remain at buyer's risk.
