Protocol Compliance & Testing Standards

All plastic injection mold trials, testing, and initial sampling procedures shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the established testing protocols, quality standards, and technical specifications of Omnia Technologies. Compliance with third-party or buyer-specific testing standards shall not be binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to project execution.​

Supply & Logistics of Trial Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, mold testing shall be performed using standard, locally procured raw materials. The Buyer acknowledges that such materials may differ in composition and mechanical properties from the resin utilized in final commercial production. In the event the Buyer or manufacturing facility mandates testing with a specific resin formulation, the Buyer shall be solely responsible for procuring and supplying the required material to the supplier's testing site. Any associated expenses—including, but not limited to, material procurement costs, freight, import duties, customs clearance fees, and handling charges—shall be borne entirely by the Buyer at no cost to the supplier.​

Machine Specifications & Operational Variance

Mold testing and trial runs will be executed using injection molding machinery available at the designated testing facility. The supplier makes no warranty or representation that the testing machinery will be identical in specifications, tonnage, or control systems to the equipment at the Buyer’s ultimate production facility. Discrepancies in part characteristics resulting solely from variations between testing and production equipment shall not constitute a defect in mold workmanship or design.​

Sample Delivery & Dispatch Milestones

Physical sample parts shall be dispatched to the Buyer only upon the successful completion of the T2 trial and formal commissioning phases. Sample quantities released for evaluation shall strictly conform to the standard sampling protocols defined by Omnia Technologies.​

Prior Submission of Testing Protocols & Limitation of Liability

If the Buyer requires final finished parts to undergo specific testing criteria, the Buyer must furnish the complete testing protocol to Omnia Technologies prior to the commencement of product engineering and mold design. While Omnia Technologies agrees to test finished parts according to customer-provided protocols when submitted in a timely manner, Omnia Technologies expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility for part failures, dimensional non-conformities, or redesign costs arising from testing protocols provided after the initiation or completion of mold tooling.​

Facility Access & Audit Rights

Representatives of the designated final production facility shall have the right to visit the mold shop at any reasonable time during normal operating hours to inspect the molds, monitor progress, and witness trial runs, subject to reasonable prior notice.​

Documentation, Deliverables & Digital Asset Transfer

Upon completion of the commissioning phase, the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) documentation, official mold commissioning reports, and video recordings of all trial runs shall be compiled into the final mold release package and uploaded to the designated FTP repository of the manufacturing facility. In the event FTP access is not established or credential requests are required, the Buyer or manufacturing facility shall submit a request via the online portal or contact it@omnia-technologies.com to initiate configuration.
